Ksenia Sofia Sokolov
Volunteer mentor with Sunrise Mentoring Circle
- 🇺🇦 Kharkiv, Kharkiv Oblast, Ukraine
- Since 1983
- English, Russian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,150 people through Sunrise Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Ksenia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Ksenia: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
