Ksenia Nadia Romanov
Mentor in design and nursing
- 🇺🇦 Kyiv, Kyiv, Ukraine
- Meadowbank Foundation
- Since 2001
- English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 850 people through Meadowbank Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Ksenia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
