Krzysztof Dariusz Kowalski
Farming mentor, Radom
- 🇵🇱 Radom, Masovia, Poland
- Kilimanjaro Foundation
- 1987 to 2003
- Polish
For 16 years I've mentored people in farming and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Krzysztof
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
What gifts mean to Krzysztof: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
