Kristine C. Pascual
Engineering mentor, Los Angeles
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Los Angeles Community Trust
- Since 2011
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 300 people through Los Angeles Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Kristine
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
