Krishnan W. Varma
Spanish and art teacher, Mysuru
- 🇮🇳 Mysuru, Karnataka, India
- Since 2007
- English
For 19 years I have been the Spanish teacher at Mysuru Middle School. I teach the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, my door is open at lunch.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Krishnan
If you were in my the final-year class class, you probably remember the surprise birthday cake.
What gifts mean to Krishnan: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
