Krishnan Reddy
Teaching mentor, Madurai
- 🇮🇳 Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India
- Madurai Association
- 1999 to 2011
- English, Malayalam
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 520 people through Madurai Association.
I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Krishnan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Krishnan: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
