I've coached football at St. Anne's Sports Club since 2006. Most of my players were between 8 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Krishnan
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Krishnan: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

I still think about the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Tehuacán.
