Engineering mentor, Thane
- 🇮🇳 Thane, Maharashtra, India

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 650 people through Oakwood Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

What gifts mean to Krishnan: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
