My subject is anthropology, and for 15 years I got to share it with undergraduates at Kanpur College.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I walk the dog by the river.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Krishna
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Krishna: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
