I taught physical education at Los Angeles Technical College in Los Angeles from 1985 to 2021. Most days I taught Year 9, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Over the years I had 1,440 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
