Kreesan T. Nel
Basketball and fitness coach, Mthatha

For ten years I ran the basketball program at Mthatha Swimming Club in Mthatha. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
