I coached athletics at Meadowbank Athletic Club from 1989 to 2011. Most of my players were between 9 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
What gifts mean to Komal: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
