Komal R. Deshmukh
Volunteer mentor with Amritsar Community Trust
- 🇮🇳 Amritsar, Punjab, India
- Amritsar Community Trust
- Since 2017
- English, Marathi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 440 people through Amritsar Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Komal
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
