Komal L. Panwar
Master of welding, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇳 Mangaluru, Karnataka, India
- Since 1981
- English, Hindi
I'm a welding specialist. If you live around Mangaluru, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Komal
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Komal: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.

You fixed our roof in 2021 and charged half what others asked. Greetings from St. Petersburg.
