I've worked in leatherwork from 2003 to 2022. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 740 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
