Komal G. Kashyap
Volunteer mentor with Nashik Association
- 🇮🇳 Nashik, Maharashtra, India
- Nashik Association
- Since 1997
- English, Hindi, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 670 people through Nashik Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Komal
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
