I'm a mentor in nursing. I've spent my career as a radio technician and now give some of that back.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Komal
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Komal: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
