Komal Bhavsar
Volunteer mentor with Gateway Mentoring Circle
- 🇮🇳 Mysuru, Karnataka, India
- Gateway Mentoring Circle
- Since 2016
- English, Gujarati
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 370 people through Gateway Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Komal
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
