I coached boxing at Tarkwa Athletic Club from 1982 to 2008. Most of my players were between 9 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Kofi
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Kofi: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
