I came to teaching late, after working as a bank clerk, and 40 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 2,320 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Koen
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

You taught me Spanish in 2016 at Orchid Middle School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
