Kobi Ran Barak

Mentor in teaching and engineering

  • 🇮🇱 Tel Aviv, Tel Aviv, Israel
  • Baobab Youth Network
  • Since 1989
  • English
For 37 years I've mentored people in teaching and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

More about Kobi

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
