Careers mentor, Malmö

- Hillcrest Community Trust
- 2002 to 2018
- English, Swedish
For 16 years I've mentored people in careers and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm learning the guitar.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to Klara: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
