Baking, done properly
- 🇸🇪 Malmö, Skåne, Sweden
- Old St. Mary's Works
- 1979 to 2008
- English, Swedish
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Malmö, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I try to remember everyone's name.
More about Klara
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Klara: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.
