Kittisak Yodchai Laohakul
Painting and decorating for 33 years in Chiang Mai
- 🇹🇭 Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai, Thailand
- Since 1993
- English
I've worked in painting and decorating since 1993. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 1,190 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
I'm still learning every day.

Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Kittisak: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
