Kirit H. Desai
Mentor in trades and nursing
- 🇮🇳 Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India
- Aurangabad Foundation
- 1990 to 2006
- English
For 16 years I've mentored people in trades and nursing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
