Kirill Konstantin Lysenko
Leadership mentor, Saint Petersburg
- 🇷🇺 Saint Petersburg, Saint Petersburg, Russia
- Saint Petersburg Learning Hub
- Since 1996
- English, Russian
For 30 years I've mentored people in leadership and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Kirill
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Kirill: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
