Kirana Maya Gozali
Mentor in engineering and teaching
- 🇮🇩 Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
- Cedar Grove Youth Network
- Since 2012
- English, Indonesian
For 14 years I've mentored people in engineering and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Kirana
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
