Kirana Indah Purnomo
Geography and statistics teacher, Bandung
- 🇮🇩 Bandung, West Java, Indonesia
- Crescent High School
- Since 1999
- English, Indonesian
For 27 years I have been the geography teacher at Crescent High School. I teach Grade 4 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Kirana
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Kirana: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
