Kiran M. Gounder
Volunteer mentor with Lakeview Mentoring Circle
- 🇮🇳 Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India
- 1984 to 2003
- English, Kannada
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 930 people through Lakeview Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
