Kiran M. Balakrishnan

Taught geography at Mumbai Middle School

Mumbai Middle School was my second home. I taught geography there from 2005 to 2017, mostly Year 7. Over the years I had 550 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Kiran

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
