Teaching mentor, Kathmandu
- 🇳🇵 Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 920 people through Kathmandu Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Kiran
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
