I've been a nurse for 42 years, most of them in rehabilitation at Mombasa University Hospital in Mombasa. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I'm learning the guitar.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
