Kiptoo Musyoka Okello
Volunteer mentor with Nairobi Youth Network
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Nairobi Youth Network
- Since 1981
- English, Swahili, Spanish
For 45 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Kiptoo
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Kiptoo: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
