Kiprop Ngowi
Helping people break into nursing
- 🇺🇬 Kampala, Central Region, Uganda
- 2008 to 2022
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 460 people through Pioneer Mentoring Circle.
I never once raised my voice.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Kiprop
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Kiprop: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.

You helped me get my first nursing job in 2016. I still have your notes.
