Kiprop Mugisha Nakamya

Youth chess coach and mentor

  • 🇹🇿 Mwanza, Mwanza, Tanzania
  • Mwanza Sports Club
  • Since 2005
  • English, Swahili
I'm a chess coach. I never went pro, but I get to see 970 kids fall in love with the game. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I play music while people worked. If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.

More about Kiprop

If you played for me, you probably remember the last day before the summer holidays.

What gifts mean to Kiprop: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
