I taught early years and physical education at Hillcrest Grammar School, Embakasi. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Kipchoge
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Kipchoge: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
