I've coached martial arts at Good Shepherd Youth Club since 1986. Most of my players were between 12 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learn every name in the first week.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
