Wrestling and fitness coach, Nairobi
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Nairobi Youth Club
- 1991 to 2017
- English
For 26 years I ran the wrestling program at Nairobi Youth Club in Nairobi. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

you coached me in 2002. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Fresno.
