I teach English literature at Gateway Public School in Dar es Salaam since 1978. Most days I teach mixed-ability classes, and I never turn anyone away.
Over the years I've had 1,060 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.

You taught me English literature in 1985 at Gateway Public School. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won.
