I teach environmental science at Phoenix Boys' School in Eldoret since 2006. Most days I teach primary school children, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I've had 560 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Kioko: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
