Kinsley W. Carter
Master of painting and decorating, now teaching apprentices
- 🇬🇧 Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom
- Old Glasgow Trades Guild
- 1988 to 2017
- English
My trade is painting and decorating. I opened my own shop in 1988 in Glasgow and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I carry a notebook everywhere.
More about Kinsley
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Kinsley: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
