For 36 years I have been the physical education teacher at Mount Pleasant Technical College. I teach Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I walk the dog by the river. Inside it, I write a short note to every student at the end of term.

You taught me physical education in 2025 at Mount Pleasant Technical College. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
