Kimberly B. May

Master of thatching, now teaching apprentices

  • 🇳🇿 Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand
  • Christchurch Trades Guild
  • 2004 to 2013
  • English
My trade is thatching. I opened my own shop in 2004 in Christchurch and I'm still there most mornings. Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave. If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.

What gifts mean to Kimberly: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
