For eleven years I was the social studies teacher at Eldoret Girls' School. I taught Grade 11 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I ran the debate team after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I walk the dog by the river.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Kimani: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
