Kidus Natnael Jemal
Painter, potter and teacher at The Bahir Dar Pottery
- 🇪🇹 Bahir Dar, Amhara, Ethiopia
- The Bahir Dar Pottery
- Since 1987
- English, Amharic
I work mostly in oil painting, sometimes photography. My first show was in 1987 at The Bahir Dar Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by old photographs. I garden badly but happily.
More about Kidus
I've had 12 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
