Helping people break into nursing
- 🇮🇳 Mysuru, Karnataka, India
- Mysuru Youth Network
- 1999 to 2007
- English
For eight years I've mentored people in nursing and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I never once raised my voice.
More about Kiara
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Kiara: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
