For 15 years I've run the softball program at Heliopolis Brookfield Boxing Gym in Heliopolis. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
