I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 480 people through San Jose Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Khalid
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Khalid: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
