Tiling, done properly
- 🇳🇬 Abuja, Abuja FCT, Nigeria
- Old Kilimanjaro Works
- 2007 to 2023
- English, Spanish
I've worked in tiling from 2007 to 2023. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 300 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I carry a notebook everywhere.
More about Khadija
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Khadija: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
