I taught art at Cedar Grove Secondary School in Abuja from 1979 to 2015. Most days I taught Grade 11, and my door was open at lunch.
Over the years I had 1,120 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

What gifts mean to Khadija: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
